Ryan Millena has been dancing since the age of 13. With technical training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Modern, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Polynesian dances, he received his BA in Dance from SJSU in 2010. Ryan was a member of SJSU’s musical theater company, Company One, for 3 years in which helped him achieve his Minor in Musical Theater. You may have seen him performing all around the Bay Area in such productions as Great America’s “Mixed Element” and “Culture Pop” as well as Foothill College’s “…Putnam County Spelling Bee”. Ryan’s constant passion for dance led him to move to New York City for a year in which he trained and took class from many well known instructors at a some of New York’s finest dance studios. After a long hiatus from dancing and performing, Ryan is ecstatic to join NorCal Dance Project with hopes of sharing his talents and dancing not only for others, but most importantly, for himself.
